The Antedote to Fear is Play

Father Tyler Mattson is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls. In this episode, Father Tyler shares how examining his own story made him aware of how he often brought anxiety to his relationships. Through the lens of attachment theory, Father shares his journey of coming to a deeper understanding of his own dignity as a human being and a beloved son of God. He shares how he learned to combat his fear and anxiety with the gift of play and taking delight in the ordinary things of life.
